General Description of Club:

St. Mary of the Hills School values the preparedness and success of our students when they enter high school. As a result, the teachers and I have come up with the following resolution in an effort to set up for success those students who have been experiencing difficulty completing homework assignments.

• Students will report to Study Skills – Homework Club on Wednesday’s and Friday’s from 11:50 AM - 12:10 PM (recess) because there have been 3 or more Homework Detentions issued. This is not an optional activity for students; it is being added to their regular schedule.
• Students will report to The Learning Center where they will meet with Mrs. Brinn, our Academic Advisor and/or Ms. Fasano. This is not a time to complete homework assignments rather an opportunity for students to acquire support with organization, note taking and test preparation skills.
• At any time during the term a student can become placed in Study Skills - Homework Club. Each student’s progress will be evaluated to determine the continuation of participation with Study Skills – Homework Club at the closing of the term.
